What is the free workspace?

Resellers and solution partners at Authorized tier or above, and CAs, get a free workspace for their own use — Business-equivalent for resellers/agencies, Growth-equivalent for CAs. It renews yearly, nothing in it is ever deleted, and no commission ever accrues on it. If your partnership lapses, it goes read-only after 30 days and steps down to a paid tier after 60, with an export offered first.

Can I set up my client's account?

Yes (launching): GSTIN autofill, opening balances, plan, trial and any promo code, then a claim link. Your client claims it with the one email the link named and it's fully theirs, nothing to re-enter. Your own admin seat can continue afterwards, but never silently — their first login and Team screen both name it, and it's removable any time. Find it under More → Client workspaces in your portal, with a step-by-step wizard and a list of every invite you've sent and its status. An unclaimed invite is flagged 3 days before it expires and marked Expired at 30 days; its personal-data fields clear at 60 days, but the record itself is never deleted.

Can my colleagues access our partner account?

Yes (launching): your firm's admin can invite colleagues as Admin or Member from your team page, and revoke access from the same place. Accepting grants a seat in your firm's portal and, if you run one, your Finocket workspace, in one step — revoking removes both together. An admin can act on commission statements, tax filings and firm settings; a member works leads and the shared deal board. Every invited teammate sees the same partner portal your firm's primary contact does.

Can I see my customers' contact details?
